Han Waschitzki is CanAide’s Interim-CEO & CFO, providing a wealth of experience in managing cash flow, business planning, internal audit, analytics, indirect cost structures, and pricing strategies.
Prior to joining CanAide, Waschitzki spent 11 years as Chief Financial Officer for aXseum and has had several progressive leadership positions with BridgeStreet.
He has a bachelor’s degree in consumer economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Gloria-Ann Norwood serves as Chief Operating Officer for CanAide’s Eligibility and Enrollment Division, providing executive oversight for programs supporting uninsured patients across 32 AdventHealth hospitals. In this capacity, she directs enterprise-wide strategies to identify and secure healthcare coverage for more than 300,000 patients annually, ensuring operational consistency, compliance, and performance excellence.
A decorated U.S. Air Force veteran, Ms. Norwood brings over four decades of leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, workforce development, and human resources. Her career includes senior leadership roles within commercial healthcare organizations and federal agencies, where she has consistently driven strategic execution, optimized operational performance, and delivered measurable financial and organizational outcomes.
Ms. Norwood holds a Master’s degree in Administration from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Wilberforce University, and an Associate degree in Human Resource Management from the Community College of the Air Force. She has also completed advanced academic coursework across multiple disciplines, reflecting a sustained commitment to professional development and leadership excellence.
During the past 30 years, Rodney Napier has built an extensive background in multiple healthcare verticals that provides the foundation for his role as a chief product officer.
Napier’s expertise covers managed care, healthcare informatics, technology, and revenue cycle management, providing him a unique understanding for the intricacies of healthcare from the payor and provider perspectives. Prior to joining CanAide, he served as the chief marketing officer for a revenue cycle management company that provides enrollment, disability, and third-party liability services.
At CanAide, Napier fills multiple roles, including product development, revenue cycle management SME, and marketing and branding efforts.
Napier received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from The Ohio State University, Columbus, and a master’s degree in business administration from Ashland University, Ashland, OH.
Will Hamilton is the chief product officer for CanAide’s automation solutions. He leads a team of product and technology specialists in designing, developing, and deploying the company’s automation products focused on revenue cycle management.
With over 15 years of health information technology experience, Hamilton has worked in a variety of positions to support technology implementations and enhancements for federal agencies and commercial clients. Prior to CanAide, he worked as a consultant supporting technology modernization efforts of the Veterans Health Administration, Health and Human Services (HHS), and Department of Defense (DoD).
Hamilton has bachelor’s degrees in finance and public relations and advertising from the University of South Carolina, Columbia. He has several certifications, including Certified Scrum Master, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Project Management Professional.
Srinivasan (Sri) Krishnan serves as CanAide’s CTO & Chief Compliance Officer, where he spearheads efforts to enhance the organization’s technology solutions to better serve clients and their patients in revenue cycle management, patient eligibility, and disability enrollment. He also serves as the chief compliance officer, where he leads a cross-functional team to build a stronger culture of compliance across the organization.
With over 30 years of leadership and professional experience, Sri has an established track record of delivering world-class technology on platforms and solutions in the healthcare and medical device spaces. Prior to joining the organization, he had several leadership and development positions across the globe with Siemens Healthineers and Greenway Health.
Sri has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru and a bachelor’s degree in physics.
