Han Waschitzki is CanAide’s Interim-CEO & CFO, providing a wealth of experience in managing cash flow, business planning, internal audit, analytics, indirect cost structures, and pricing strategies.
Prior to joining CanAide, Waschitzki spent 11 years as Chief Financial Officer for aXseum and has had several progressive leadership positions with BridgeStreet.
He has a bachelor’s degree in consumer economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
During the past 30 years, Rodney Napier has built an extensive background in multiple healthcare verticals that provides the foundation for his role as a chief product officer.
Napier’s expertise covers managed care, healthcare informatics, technology, and revenue cycle management, providing him a unique understanding for the intricacies of healthcare from the payor and provider perspectives. Prior to joining CanAide, he served as the chief marketing officer for a revenue cycle management company that provides enrollment, disability, and third-party liability services.
At CanAide, Napier fills multiple roles, including product development, revenue cycle management SME, and marketing and branding efforts.
Napier received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from The Ohio State University, Columbus, and a master’s degree in business administration from Ashland University, Ashland, OH.
Will Hamilton is the chief product officer for CanAide’s automation solutions. He leads a team of product and technology specialists in designing, developing, and deploying the company’s automation products focused on revenue cycle management.
With over 15 years of health information technology experience, Hamilton has worked in a variety of positions to support technology implementations and enhancements for federal agencies and commercial clients. Prior to CanAide, he worked as a consultant supporting technology modernization efforts of the Veterans Health Administration, Health and Human Services (HHS), and Department of Defense (DoD).
Hamilton has bachelor’s degrees in finance and public relations and advertising from the University of South Carolina, Columbia. He has several certifications, including Certified Scrum Master, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Project Management Professional.
Srinivasan (Sri) Krishnan serves as CanAide’s CTO & Chief Compliance Officer, where he spearheads efforts to enhance the organization’s technology solutions to better serve clients and their patients in revenue cycle management, patient eligibility, and disability enrollment. He also serves as the chief compliance officer, where he leads a cross-functional team to build a stronger culture of compliance across the organization.
With over 30 years of leadership and professional experience, Sri has an established track record of delivering world-class technology on platforms and solutions in the healthcare and medical device spaces. Prior to joining the organization, he had several leadership and development positions across the globe with Siemens Healthineers and Greenway Health.
Sri has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru and a bachelor’s degree in physics.
Gloria-Ann Norwood serves as Chief Operating Officer for CanAide’s Eligibility and Enrollment Division, providing executive oversight for programs supporting uninsured patients across 32 AdventHealth hospitals. In this capacity, she directs enterprise-wide strategies to identify and secure healthcare coverage for more than 300,000 patients annually, ensuring operational consistency, compliance, and performance excellence.
A decorated U.S. Air Force veteran, Ms. Norwood brings over four decades of leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, workforce development, and human resources. Her career includes senior leadership roles within commercial healthcare organizations and federal agencies, where she has consistently driven strategic execution, optimized operational performance, and delivered measurable financial and organizational outcomes.
Ms. Norwood holds a Master’s degree in Administration from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Wilberforce University, and an Associate degree in Human Resource Management from the Community College of the Air Force. She has also completed advanced academic coursework across multiple disciplines, reflecting a sustained commitment to professional development and leadership excellence.
Nwando Anyaoku, MD, MPH, MBA, is a physician executive, advisor, and consultant based in Seattle. With 20+ years of experience, Dr. Anyaoku is best known for her clinical and business leadership, grounded in her strong commitment to helping people and communities thrive and bloom where they are planted.
A board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Anyaoku serves as group vice president, chief health equity officer, and clinical officer for Providence, one of the nation’s largest health systems. Working closely with clinical and community leaders, she leads efforts to improve outcomes, efficiencies, and equity in healthcare with a particular focus on technology, digital and clinical innovation.
She specializes in health equity and clinical innovation and provides leadership development and supports physicians and executives in every aspect of their leadership journeys. Dr. Anyaoku serves as an adjunct faculty member at Carnegie Mellon University’s Master of Medical Management program and on the advisory board of Washington State University’s Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine’s healthcare leadership programs.
Dr. Anyaoku is a strategic advisor to global technology companies, helping them to accelerate adoption and identify growth opportunities for new and existing products. She is a sought-after keynote speaker at conferences and serves as an active board member for several regional and national organizations. Dr. Anyaoku is a proud mother of two young men and an avid reader and traveler.
Jay Deady has been a leader, product visionary, and innovator in the healthcare technology industry for nearly 32 years. Deady is president of Zelis Solutions’ price optimization division, which delivers innovative solutions and superior administrative and medical cost savings to the industry through network solutions and payment integrity offerings.
Most recently, Deady served as CEO of Jvion, a clinical AI business. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Recondo Technology, now part of Waystar, a software company focused on cost efficiencies for payers and providers, and Awarepoint, a technology and software provider. Deady has had senior executive roles with other organizations including Eclipsys, McKesson, ADAC Healthcare Information Systems, and Cerner.
Deady has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Tufts University and is a graduate of the global executive management program of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Hope Mago joined HCAP Partners in 2009 and is responsible for originating, structuring, closing, and monitoring portfolio investments. Mago is a member of the investment committee of Fund IV and Fund V. He led the development of HCAP impact investing initiatives and has been a key contributor to the firm’s recognition as an Impact Assets Top 50 fund for 10 years running, and more recently, the firm’s recognition as an Impact Assets Top 50 Emeritus Fund.
Prior to joining HCAP Partners, Mago worked as an analyst at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, where he was involved in economic policy formulation, lending due diligence for export ventures receiving funding through the export support facility under the exchange control division.
Mago earned an international master’s degree in business administration from the University of San Diego and has a bachelor’s degree in finance and banking from the University of Zimbabwe. He currently represents HCAP Partners as a board member for Chordline Health (formerly TCS Healthcare Technologies) and BetterNight and is a board observer for Arosa.
